Our Terms and Conditions:

 

•  We will be preparing your order according to the sizes that are mentioned by you. Therefore, we won’t be able to change the length of our dresses once done as it can only shorten not lengthen, also we cannot make tight dresses bigger. 

•  All items on the websites are altered according to your sizes, therefore we will not be able to refund or exchange it. 

•  On-line orders should be fully paid. 

•  Ordered pieces will be delivered within 10 days from the purchased day in normal session.  Peak season will take 2-3 weeks. However, if the piece and size is available, it will be delivered in less than a week.

•  Orders can be cancelled or changed only if we didn't start with the production.

•  A lady from the call center will contact you regarding confirmation and detail for some changes if needed.
